A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu-Pasadena, Celebrity Chef Edward Mac has catered to many well known people over the past eight years at literally hundreds of Hollywood style balls and banquets located in Homby Hills, an exclusive area of Los Angeles.   

Cooking Classes for People and Their Pets
With his passion to teach cooking, Chef Edward has opened up to sharing his culinary secrets by conducting cooking classes for people. Now people can learn the tricks of the trade of cooking for themselves and their canine companions from a skilled chef.

His Professional Culinary Career
Currently Chef Edward is the Executive Chef at The Parlour Wine Bar and Bistro in Glendora.  He brings his creative talent to the kitchen, collaborating with some of the finest professionals in the industry.  Soup, small plate, and entrée specials change daily so visit The Parlour Wine Bar and Bistro often.  Reservations are highly recommended.

As a Chef Instructor for the Young Chefs Academy Chef Edward inspired young minds in the culinary arts.  The Canine Chef taught four canine cooking class LIVE on KTLA with Gayle Anderson in celebration of National Dog Biscuit Day.
